We only collect the minimal personal information required to process your order. We do not store any user credit card or financial information. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute any information you provide to us with other businesses, organizations, or individuals. At the point where you input your credit card information, you will be redirected to a Sage Pay and Paypal-hosted Secure Order Processing page. We do not collect your card information directly. This also pertains to any credit card information provided over the phone. Our company, ‘Puri Tandoor,’ is solely responsible for all transactions conducted on our website.
- We won’t be responsible if a technology problem leads to a mistake in the price.
- We have the right to cancel the sale of any products if we discover that they were incorrectly priced due to a human mistake or a technological malfunction.
Delivery of your goods
If things are delivered, customers must sign. If no one signs for the items, our courier will reschedule for the following day.
The risk of loss or damage to your package(s) during shipping is covered by insurance. For us to file a claim with the delivery insurance provider, we need to know about any damages or missing packages on the day of delivery by 7PM (within 48 hours of receiving the delivery). If you don’t, your insurance won’t cover the delivery.
Please be informed that fissures and hairline fractures of a mild kind are common for any clay oven and should not be interpreted as evidence of a damaged clay oven.
