Delivery Information

Delivery time for standard shipping (in business days): 15 – 20 days

Please note: We deliver your items using a variety of transportation firms. We will try our best to honour 14 – 20 day delivery, however transportation firms have sometimes let us down. If this occurs, we will either return the additional money you paid for the special service and deliver the products on ordinary service OR you may cancel your purchase and get a full refund.

There will be no refunds for late deliveries. We as a business shall not be held liable for delivery service delays. Any cancellations of orders after they have been shipped will incur additional fees.

We may send you more than one package to finish your order, but unless you tell us otherwise, they should all come together. Please call us or fill out the “Contact Us” form in the “Customer Services” part of our website to let us know about any lost packages.

Delivery of goods:

A signature from the consumer is required upon delivery of the items. You have the option of rescheduling the delivery for another day or asking the courier service to leave it with your next-door neighbour or in a secure location such as a garage or porch if no one is present at the premises when the package is delivered.

Please examine the tandoor on arrival and notify us or TNT of any damages or missing items by 7 pm to avoid invalidating your delivery insurance.

Please keep in mind that delivery is limited to the front door (curb side) and that delivery within the premises is not available.

IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items will fit on the premises; please verify all door dimensions to ensure that the product will fit. Any fees incurred as a result of an aborted delivery will be passed on to the consumer.

Delivery Insurance: The risk of loss or damage to your package(s) during shipping is covered by insurance.We need to file a claim with the delivery insurance company if any packages arrive damaged or are missing, so please let us know as soon as possible but no later than 7 p.m. You need to contact the local courier service on the day of delivery, no later than 7 p.m. local time (or whatever time it closes for business in your country), and then get in touch with us as soon as possible. If you don’t, your insurance won’t cover the delivery.

Please be informed that fissures and hairline fractures of a mild kind are common for any clay oven and should not be interpreted as evidence of a damaged clay oven.

Customs Duty/VAT for deliveries going outside the European Union: UK VAT has not been levied to non-EU nations. However, if your country’s customs charges any duties or taxes, you will be responsible for paying them.

Delivery Terms

  1. Aborted delivery: It is the duty of the client to ensure that all things will fit into the premises; please verify all door measurements to ensure the product will fit onto the site. Any costs incurred as a result of an aborted delivery will be passed on to the client.
  2. Delivery address change: Only the shipping address specified in your online order will be delivered. Any adjustments to the delivery address after our warehouse has shipped your order will incur additional fees.
  3. Curb Side Delivery: Curbside delivery with a lift gate truck is the norm, however within the premises delivery is not offered.
  4. Delivery times & delays: Please be aware that the shipping timeframes provided are just estimates, that there is the possibility of delays being caused by weather circumstances, and that there will be no discounts awarded due to delayed delivery. Our business cannot be held liable for any disruptions in the scheduled delivery service.
  5. Cancellations of orders after dispatch: Cancellations after shipment will be charged. 

Remote Area Delivery

Please keep in mind that shipping to distant places may incur additional fees.

If your location is considered to be in a distant region, then you may expect to hear from us regarding the additional delivery fees. According to our policy on the cancellation of orders, we will cancel your purchase if you do not want to pay the additional fees for delivery, and we will return your money after deducting a 3% processing fee from the total.
